Prvi medjunarodni sastanak partnera na projektu

Prvi sastanak predstavnika partnerskih škola ETŠ „Mija Stanimirović“ iz Niša, Školskog centra Kranj i SPGE „John Atanasoff” iz Sofije održan je u Kranju 30-31. januara 2020.

Ovaj sastanak je označio i zvanično početak  projekta Strateškog partnerstva u okviru programa Erazmus+ u oblasti stručnog obrazovanja i obuka  pod nazivom  „MORE CONNECTION FOR PROGRAMMING PERFECTION“. Sastanku su prisustvovali direktori škola, koordinatori školskih timova i nastavnici koji će učestvovati u izradi platforme.

Tokom sastanka partneri su se bliže upoznali sa idejom projekta, ciljevima i aktivnostima na projektu. U okviru predstavljanja rada I dostignuća partnerskih škola razmotreno  je trenutno stanje u vezi sa organizacijom  praktične nastave na IT smeru u Srbiji, Bugarskoj i Sloveniji, kao  i izazovi u vezi sa organizovanjem ovih praksi. Posebna pažnja je posvećena predlogu  modela platforme za realizaciju praktične nastave. U nastavku sastanka potpisan je ugovor I protocol o saradnji  ETŠ “Mija Stanimirović” I  partnerskih škola.


Virtuelna obuka za nastavnike svih partnerskih škola realizovana od 23.-25.09.2020.

Obuku je realizovalo 4 predavača iz tri partenske škole, Goran Petrović iz ETŠ „Mija Stanimirović“,  Magda Papić i Aleš Hvasti iz Školskog centra Kranj i Veselina Marinova iz SPGE „John Atanasov“ Sofia.

Prvog dana obuke 23.09. na početku je učesnicima predstavljen Erasamus + projekta „More connection for programming perfection“ i upoznati su  sa planom rada i ciljevima obuke. Pored predavača učesnicima su se obratili Aleksandar Stevanović, direktor škole “Mija Stanimirović” i Olivera Radenković, koordinator projekta.

Drugog dana obuke 24.09. obradjene su sledeće teme u okviru radionice: prilagodjenje početne stranice kursa, podešavanje kalendara aktivnosti kursa i upoznavanje sa načinima postavljanja resursa na kurs.

Na početku trećeg dana obuke 25.09. realizovana je radionica “Načini praćenja napredovanja učenika” sa sledećim temama: praćenje aktivnosti na kursu, zapisi o aktivnostima učenika, ocenjivanje radova učenika .

Posle završetka radionice je održana završna video konferencija učesnika obuke sa temom “Nastava na daljinu-razmena iskustva i primera dobre prakse” u kojoj su nastavnici I direktori svih škola razmenili iskustva o ovoj temi.


Interna obuka za nastavnike škole “Mija Stanimirović”

Platforma za učenje je napravljena kako bi se praktična nastava na smeru Informacionih tehnologija realizovala po uzoru na model komunikacije u programerskim firmama. Ova platforma se po potrebi može koristiti i na drugim obrazovnim profilima u okviru realizacije drugih predmeta. Iz tog razloga su zainteresovani nastavnici učestvovali u jednodnevnoj obuci za korišćenje platforme.

Realizatori obuke su Olivera Radenković, Goran Petrović i Marija Veljković Milojković.

Na početku obuke učesnici su bliže upoznati sa realizovanim aktivnostima projekta kao i sa aktivnostima koje su planirane u narednom periodu. Ovaj deo obuke su održale Olivera Radenković, koordinator projekta i Marija Veljković Milojković, član projektnog tima.

Deo obuke vezan za platformu je održao Goran Petrović, član projektnog tima i jedan od autora platforme. Učesnici su upoznati sa načinom  registracije i prijavljivanja korisnika na platformu, kreiranjem kurseva, upisom polaznika na kurs, dodeljivanjem uloga učesnicima kursa i drugim aktivnostima vezanim za primenu platform u nastavi.


IZVEŠTAJ SA FINALNE KONFERENCIJE ERAZMUS PLUS PROJEKTA „MORE CONNECTION FOR PROGRAMMING PERFECTION“

Završna konferencija Erazmus plus projekta „More connection for programming perfection“ je održana 8.4.2022. u prostorijama Regionalnog centra za profesionalni razvoj zaposlenih u obrazovanju u Nišu. Konferenciji je prisustvovalo ukupno 40 učesnika.

Među prisutnim gostima na konferenciji bili su i direktor Zavoda za vrednovanje kvaliteta obrazovanja i vaspitanja Branislav Ranđelović, predstavnici Privredne komore Srbije-Regionalne privredne komore Niš, predstavnik Ministarstva prosvete i Školske uprave Niš i predstavnici Regionalnog centra za obrazovanje. Gosti konferencije su bili predstavnici kompanija koje su učestvovale i veoma doprinele ralizaciji praktične nastave na daljinu, Dualsoft i DMV. Ostali učesnici konferencije su direktori i nastavnici srednjih i osnovnih škola.

Na početku, članovi projektnog tima ETŠ „Mija Stanimirović“ upoznali su prisutne sa idejom i ciljem projekta, ciljnim grupama, rezultatima projekta, sprovedenim aktivnostima.

Goran Petrović, jedan od autora platfome predstavio je sam rad platfome i kurseve na njoj i podelio svoje iskustvo u radu. Tri kolegenice, Marija Stanković, Ivana Bogdanović i Snežana Predić, su demonstrirale rad na platformi, prikazale svoje kurseve i predstavile najuspešnije projektne zadatke učenika.

Nakon toga je Branislav Randjelović, direktor Zavoda za vrednovanje obrazovanja i vaspitanja, podelio sa prisutnima svoje utiske o rezultatima projekta, nastavi na daljinu i novim trendovima digitalizacije u obrazovanju.

Tokom same izrade projekta veliku podršku u realizaciji same platforme su nam pružili i socijalni partneri kompanije DMV i Dualsoft. Naši socijalni partneri su o svemu ovome govorili na konferenciji ali su i dali svoje mišljenje, opisali su rad sa učenicima kojima su davali problemske zadatke tokom testiranja platforme u nastavi i na taj način dali novu dimenziju našem projektu.

Prisutnima se prvo obratio Emil Leoni direktor kompanije Dualsoft, koji je pre svega izneo svoje iskustvo u saradnji sa našom školom i u radu sa samom platformom. Svoje iskustvo podelio je i Aleksandar Stoiljković mentor učenika iz kompanije. Ispred kompanije DMV prisutnima se obratio Nikola Stojanović, zamenik direktora. Platformu je ocenio kao jako dobru i korisnu za dalju saradnju sa školom kroz praktične obuke učenika.

Na kraju konferencije podeljene su i  zahvalnice za doprinos u realizaciji projekta.


TRANSNACIONALNI PROJEKTNI SASTANAK PARTNERA U SOFIJI U OKVIRU ERAZMUS+ PROJEKTA
„MORE CONNECTION FOR  PROGRAMMING PERFECTION“

Drugi transnacionalni sastanak partnera u okviru projekta je održan u Sofiji  04-05.maja.2022.. Cilj ovog sastanka je bio, pre svega, analiza rezultata projekta i evaluacija svih završenih aktivnosti, kao i priprema završnog izveštaja i potrebne dokumentacije.

Tokom sastanka projektni tim iz svake škole podelio iskustvo u radu na projektu, u korišćenju platforme u nastavi kao i saradnji i komunikaciji sa ostalim partnerima uključenim u projekat, podneo izveštaj o korišćenju platforme, broju učenika i nastavnika koji su je koristili kao i o broju kurseva. Škole su prezentovale i svoje multimedijalne materijale (o projektu, primere dobre prakse, praktične zadatke učenika…) nastale tokom realizacije projekta i diseminacionih aktivnosti. Razmotrene su i mogućnosti dalje saradnje kroz partnerstva na drugim Erazmus projektima.

Posle prezentacije projekta, delegacije su obišle školu u pratnji direktorke i školskog koordinatora. Domaćini su takođe organizovali obilazak Sofije u pratnji turističkog vodiča.


MULTIPLIER EVENT OF THE PROJECT ERASMUS+
»MORE CONNECTION FOR PROGRAMMING PERFECTION«

At Šolski center Kranj the multiplier event for the project »More Connection for Programming Perfection« was organised on 19th May 2022.

In the project »More Connection for Programming Perfection« three schools were involved.  Lead partner ETŠ »Mija Stanimirović« from Niš, SPGE »John Atanasoff« from Bulgaria and Šolski center Kranj. The objective of the project was development of the platform for distance learning and its application in the realisation of practical teaching in IT occupation.

At the multiplier event we presented the project to our students and companies from local environment.

The multiplier event consisted of two parts. In the first part we organised “Employment Caffe” – speed dating with companies for our students and lectures from technical field:

In the second part of multiplier event we organised “Professional meeting with employers – Strokovno srečanje z delodajalci” where we presented our activities on Šolski center Kranj, and specially project »More Connection for Programming Perfection«.

MULTIPLIER EVENT OF THE PROJECT ERASMUS+
»MORE CONNECTION FOR PROGRAMMING PERFECTION«

In the months of February and March all the preparatory activities for the Final Conference were realized. During this period we developed a plan and agenda of the conference, the necessary presentations, multimedia materials and promotional materials. We also had constant communication with all participants in the event. We have provided all the conditions for the smooth running of the final conference of the project.

The final conference was held on April 19, 2022, starting at 15:00 and lasting until 17:00, and the registration of participants began at 14:30. The conference was attended by a total of 40 guests, including students, teachers, parents, representatives of business and science.

Colleagues who worked with the platform during the project activities were also present.

Among the guests of the conference were directors of partner schools, the former Deputy Minister of Education and Science, Ms. Tanya Mihailova, directors and managers of companies in the IT sector, university professors, representatives of the Regional Department of Education, former high school students, as well as the chairman and members of the School Board. Representatives of companies were also present, who participated and contributed significantly to the implementation of practical distance learning through the MC4PP platform. Other participants in the conference were representatives of the Centre for Human Resources Development, NGOs with which the high school works together on national and international projects. There were representatives from secondary vocational and general education schools, experts in the ICT industry.

The conference was opened by the director of our school, Eng. Polina Kostova. She welcomed the guests and gave basic information about the Erasmus + project “More connection for programming perfection-MC4PP”. Then the project coordinator, Greta Raykovska, introduced the participants to the idea and purpose of the project, target groups and project results, presented the activities and evaluation of the use of the platform in the previous school year through the results of activities in different courses.

The event was held together with the activities of the open day of SPGE “John Atanasov”. The guests of the high school had the opportunity to get acquainted with the platform and the results of the creative work of the students. They also reviewed the projects of the Robotics Club, whose representatives are also part of the project groups. Business cards and brochures were distributed, specially designed to promote the platform and in order to arouse the interest of students, teachers and parents for future work on national and international projects.

Martin Uzunov and Kristian Boyanov, students who successfully work with the platform, presented their work in programming classes and shared their experiences. Colleagues from the school presented their courses in the platform, shared their experience of working with it, the resources and materials they used in the training and presented the most successful project tasks to their students.

During the development of the project, the social partners of Robert Bosch EOOD, FESTO, Nemecek Bulgaria and Software Supreme provided great support in the implementation of the platform. Their role in the implementation of practical classes in the field of information technology was great. The students had the opportunity to communicate in a way that is used in software companies and this experience was valuable for them. I also received great support and advice from the mentors in the companies in the work on the platform in the BSEC and the overall activity as cooperation on this project.

In addition to the conference on 19.04.22, on 04.05 an international meeting was held between the project partner countries. A large part of the materials and videos of the students from 19.04.22 were presented at it, but this time with more attention to the student activity. Many of the guests who visited the event in April were again invited to this meeting, but there is more interest in the field of education, unlike the first info day, where the guests were mainly from business and science.

After the second initiative to promote the results of the project, the participants were given the opportunity to express their impression of the info days. They filled out a survey, and the results are as follows:

We had three questions and the scores ranged from 1 to 10, where 10 was the best rated score. The results are as follows:

When evaluating the organization and structure of the event, 85.2% of our participants gave a score of 10, a score of 9 was given by 9.3% of the participants and a score of 8 was given by 5.5%.

91.8% of the participants indicated that the presentations were useful and clearly presented, and 8.2% rated 9 and 8.

We can conclude that our participants received new ideas for participation in Erasmus + projects, 84% rated 10, 8.3% rated 9, 4.2% rated 8 and 3.5% did not rate.
